1968 Hamburg Steinway Model S

 

This German built Steinway was purchased new in Zurich in 1968 by an American family living abroad. They returned to the Bay Area in 1970 and brought the piano with them. Since then it has lived here and been played only occasionally, resulting in its very fine condition. The finish is polished ebony and the keys are ivory. Exceptional tone for a baby grand. Condition overall is very fine and the small size is perfect for the demanding musician with limited space. Size 5ft. 1in. serial no. 406042. SOLD
