Lee Steward, tenor, has lived in the SF Bay Area for seven years. After completing his Bachelor of Music Education in piano and choral conducting, he taught for several years and completed a Master of Music and Doctorate in Musical Arts degree. His professional background is diverse, including intense learning experiences working with teachers at The Juilliard School and The Metropolitan Opera in New York City, performing on A&E Television with Stephen Sondheim and Bernadette Peters and teaching at the Boys Choir of Harlem. Recently he sang with the San Francisco Opera where he regularly collaborated with the world's great singers and musicians. He offers his students a fun-filled hour of methods to improve their vocal technique, posture and alignment, as well as dramatically connect to their subtext.
