KYLE JOHN BLAZE
Kyle John Blaze is an accomplished multi-instrumentalist, singer and educator. His smooth baritone voice, electric bass, ukulele and hilarious stage presence has captivated many audiences in his 30 years of performance. In 2002 Blaze met two vocal masters, the dynamic Miss Faye Carol and the late great Kellye Gray, who profoundly influenced him.  Both Faye and Kellye took him under their wings. They encouraged and challenged Kyle to develop his vocal sound and to be the best he could be. Ever since he has considered himself as a singer first. As a songwriter Kyle Blaze is working on his 6th album and he will be debuting many of his new songs June 23rd at Piedmont Piano.

THE HOGAN BROTHERS
The Hogan Brothers are a jazz fusion trio based in the Bay Area who are leading figures in R&B, Funk, Hip-Hop and Latin music. With Julian on Drums, Steve on Bass and Colin on Keys, the Bros have established a huge network. Each brother has found their own path, and took advantage of the numerous opportunities available in the East Bay for creatively ambitious young musicians. The brothers are collectively involved in many projects and have performed extensively throughout the US and internationally (Brazil, Turkey, Indonesia, England, France, Switzerland, Italy, Canada, Mexico, Barbados). They have performed with many great artists/projects such as: James Moody, Hugh Masekela, Peter Erskine, Tommy Igoe, Larry Graham, Bob Brookmeyer, Roy Ayers, Josh Jones, Goapele, Maria Schneider, Bobby Brown, Evan Rachel Wood, Keith Terry, Victor Wooten, Latoya London, Dave Chappelle, Crosspulse, Dynamic, Adam Theis, Jazz Mafia, and O-maya. The Hogan Brothers continue to perform and study internationally, always seeking to broaden their audience and sound. “A diagram charting the vast network of musicians connected to the siblings Steve, Colin and Julian Hogan would capture just about the entire Bay Area music scene.” –Andrew Gilbert, SJ Mercury News
